VegaaLife Return & Refund Policy
At VegaaLife, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, authentic Ayurvedic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Given the nature of our products (Health & Dietary Supplements), we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Product: If you received a bottle that is damaged, leaking, or the seal is broken.
Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Conditions for Return:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with the seal intact (unless received damaged).
Note: We cannot accept returns for opened bottles due to hygiene and health safety reasons.
2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
3. Replacements If you received a damaged item, we prefer to send a free replacement immediately so you can start your health journey without delay. Please share a photo or video of the damaged product on our WhatsApp number for quick processing.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched (usually within 12-24 hours of placing the order).
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.
